卢西亚诺外交事务系列亮相美国TPE展览会

在拉斯维加斯举办的TPE贸易展上，卢西亚诺雪茄公司（前身是ACE雪茄公司）推出了一个新的产品线，名为“外交事务”（Foreign Affair），这款雪茄是在尼加拉瓜的卢西亚诺雪茄厂生产的，卢西亚诺公司自己负责经销。

外交事务品牌在市场已经运作一年多了，三个股东分别是卢西亚诺·梅雷莱斯（Luciano Meirelles）、弗兰克·科西奥（ Frank Cossio）、迈克·杜努利斯（ Mike Dounoulis）。曾经在纽约呆过的雪茄客可能还记得Soho雪茄吧，那就是迈克·杜努利斯经营的，他在那里工作了三年。去年11月份，迈克·杜努利斯加入了卢西亚诺雪茄公司，负责佛罗里达州地区的业务。

卢西亚诺·梅雷莱斯表示，Foreign Affair是公司2023年度的主要产品线，他们为此忙了一年多了。这个系列的雪茄使用的茄衣是厄瓜多尔苏门答腊烟叶，茄套两片，分别是尼加拉瓜烟叶和厄瓜多尔烟叶，茄芯是多米尼加、尼加拉瓜、哥斯达黎加的混合烟叶。他们认为这款雪茄可以称为雪茄行业全球化的颂歌。

产品线有四个尺寸。皇冠，42环径，5.625英寸，零售价是9.5美元。罗斯柴尔德，48环径，4.5英寸，零售价是10.35美元。特制公牛，52环径，6.5英寸，零售价是11.8美元。比力高，54环径，6英寸，零售价是12.5美元。每个尺寸都是24支一盒。预计3月底向零售商发货。

Foreign Affair, a new line of cigars, is launching this week in Las Vegas at the TPE trade show. 

The cigar is being made in Nicaragua, at the new Luciano Tabacos S.A. factory, and will be distributed by Luciano Cigars.

The brand has been in the works for more than a year, and is owned by Luciano Meirelles, Frank Cossio and Mike Dounoulis. New York City cigar smokers might remember Mike Dounoulis from his time at SoHo Cigar Bar, where he spent roughly three years, until 2020. Dounoulis joined Luciano Cigars as regional sales in Florida in November of last year. 

Meirelles says Foreign Affair is Luciano Cigars’ “main launch” of 2023. He, Cossio and Dounoulis have worked on the brand for more than a year. The cigar is made using Ecuador Sumatra wrapper, two binder leaves (one from Nicaragua, the other from Ecuador) and a mixture of Nicaraguan, Dominican and Costa Rican filler tobaccos. They describe the blend as “an ode to the globalization of the cigar industry and its smokers.” 

The cigars come 24 to the box, and are made in four traditional sizes: Corona, 5 5/8 inches long by 42 ring, which has a suggested retail price of $9.50; Rothschild (4 1/2 by 48, $10.35); Toro Extra (6 1/2 by 52, $11.80) and Belicoso (6 by 54; $12.50). The brand is scheduled to ship to retailers at the end of March.
